DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO SWPA JUDO
- FROM THE NORTH (Washington, Pa.) - Take Interstate 79 south from Washington, Pa. to the Waynesburg exit. Turn left off of the ramp onto State Route 21 east towards Carmichaels.
Follow SR-21 east for about 12 miles until it makes a sharp turn to the right. There is a flashing yellow light at this intersection (Bailey's cross roads), GO STRAIGHT at this light. The Junction Deli is on your left, the road becomes West George Street.
Continue east on West George Street towards Carmichaels. Go straight at the stop light. Go straight through the town square onto East George Street. SWPA Judo is the 3rd building on your left, across from the American Legion.
If you cross the Monongahela River or come to a Sheets station on your left, YOU WENT TOO FAR. Go back to the red blinking light and make a right.
- FROM THE NORTH (MonValley Area) - Take the Mon-Valley Expressway (TPK-43) south until it becomes a 2 lane road, this is SR-88. Follow SR-88 south for about 15 miles. Upon entering Carmichaels you will pass the Carmichaels Area School complex on your right.
At the first stop light make a left onto (West) George Street. Go straight through the town square onto East George Street. SWPA Judo is the 3rd building on your left, across from the American Legion.
- FROM THE SOUTH - Follow SR-88 north to Carmichaels. At the second stop light make a right onto (west) George Street. Go straight through the town square onto East George Street. SWPA Judo is the 3rd building on your left, across from the American Legion.
- FROM THE SOUTH (Morgantown) - There are 2 ways to come from Morgantown.
- Take Interstate 79 (I-79) north to the Waynesburg exit. Turn left off of the ramp onto State Route 21 east towards Carmichaels.

- Take State Route 119 north into Pennsylvania. In Point Marion, cross the Monongahela River onto SR-88 north. Follow SR-88 north approximately 18 miles to Carmichaels. At the second stop light make a right onto (west) George Street. Go straight through the town square onto East George Street. SWPA Judo is the 3rd building on your left, across from the American Legion.
- FROM THE EAST - Follow SR-21 west to the stop light intersection with SR-88 (Paisley Intersection), there is a Sheets Gas station at this intersection. Make a right and follow SR-88 north to Carmichaels. At the second stop light make a right onto (west) George Street. Go straight through the town square onto East George Street. SWPA Judo is the 3rd building on your left, across from the American Legion.
- FROM THE WEST - Follow SR-21 east from Waynesburg (I-79) for about 12 miles until it makes a sharp turn to the right. There is a flashing yellow light at this intersection (Bailey's cross roads), GO STRAIGHT at this light. The Junction Deli is on your left, the road becomes West George Street.
